Get away from the hustle and bustle and come see natural Florida. 7 Creeks Recreation Area consists of 7 parks and preserves surrounded by 7 creeks in the northeast quadrant of Jacksonville. 7 Creeks RA is collaboration between the City of Jacksonville Parks & Recreation, Florida State Parks, North Florida Land Trust, Timucuan Parks Foundation, and the National Park Service. This AL will visit 5 of the 7 parks and you will see 5 of the 7 creeks. The AL can be played in any order so you may want to plan out your journey. It is recommended to drive to each of the trailheads and use a bike or hike from the parking areas. You may also use the multi-use 7 Creeks Trail. Bring (and use) bug spray and be ready for standing water if the weather has been rainy. Mileage to the coordinates is given at the beginning of each stage from the trailhead. At the completion of each stage you will receive clues to find the 7 Creeks RA Bonus Cache (GC9PFJ8).
