Learn more about Springbrook Creek and its many mysteries. This sponsored Adventure Lab covers the southern portion of Springbrook Creek in Renton, WA. It was created by youth from Unleash the Brilliance, a youth mentoring group in South King Co. and Puget Soundkeeper, a clean water advocate. Please try the Adventure Lab that covers the northern portion of the Springbrook Creek Trail.
This has been developed with support from the King County Wastewater Division, the Russell Family Foundation, the River Network & National Park Service, and the Keta Legacy Foundation.
PLEASE NOTE: This Adventure Lab is best done by bike or as a long walk/jog. It utilizes one trail along Springbrook Creek, and it covers just over 1 mile with crossings at SW 34th St and Oakesdale Ave SW. Parking is available but limited along some parts of the trail. Notice a new area of restoration near the King Conservation District site. July 2023 UPDATE: Boardwalk at 27th St. is temporarily closed due to a fire, start at SW 34th St.
